The physician listens to the patient. AIDE writes the clinical note.

AIDE prepares a structured clinical note from the physician–patient conversation.

AIDE has been tested in real consultations at one of Türkiye’s leading private hospital groups.

How AIDE works

AIDE (Artificial Intelligence Documentation Engine) is the AI solution Neurolis built for clinical documentation.

  1. AIDE is web-based. The physician starts the recording on their own phone or computer.

  2. AIDE listens to the physician–patient conversation during the consultation.

  3. The physician stops the recording. AIDE prepares the structured clinical note.

  4. The audio is processed in memory. After the note reaches the physician, the audio is deleted.

What the note contains

AIDE writes the consultation note in separate fields. These are some of the fields:

  • Complaint
  • Complaint duration
  • History (anamnesis)
  • Past operations
  • Chronic diseases
  • Medications
  • Psychological state
  • Fall risk
  • Pain details
  • Treatment plan
  • Operation plan
  • Follow-up advice

AIDE · Set-up

Two set-ups, the same AIDE.

AIDE can run on a server inside your hospital. We also offer a monthly cloud option with no commitment.

The drawing shows one hospital building. A sliding divider splits the drawing in two. Left of the divider, AIDE is on a server inside the hospital. The physicians’ devices connect to this server inside the building. Right of the divider, AIDE is in a cloud above the building. On this side there is no server in the hospital. The physicians’ devices connect to the cloud. The building’s rooms hold the devices of physicians from six specialties: Neurology, Internal Medicine, Ophthalmology, Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), Cardiovascular Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology (Ob-Gyn).

Inside your hospital

  • Neurolis provides the server.
  • In this set-up, the data stays at your hospital.

In the cloud

  • In this set-up, no server is installed at your hospital.
  • No patient data is stored in the cloud.

Details

This section is a simulation: eleven synthetic sample visits, played on six physicians’ devices at the same time from recorded output; it contains no live patient or physician data. Specialty names follow the subject of each sample visit. The sample visits are synthetic dialogues; they contain no real patient information and were not used to train the system. The transcript and the report summary are the system’s unedited output; only their display has been formatted. Playback speed is fixed for easy reading and does not show real processing time. The sample visits are in Turkish.

In both set-ups

  • Physicians use AIDE on their own phones and computers.
  • AIDE can serve your physicians in all specialties at the same time.
  • AIDE works in line with KVKK and the GDPR.

Together we decide which set-up suits your hospital.
