Two set-ups, the same AIDE.

AIDE can run on a server inside your hospital. We also offer a monthly cloud option with no commitment.

This section is a simulation: eleven synthetic sample visits, played on six physicians’ devices at the same time from recorded output; it contains no live patient or physician data. Specialty names follow the subject of each sample visit. The sample visits are synthetic dialogues; they contain no real patient information and were not used to train the system. The transcript and the report summary are the system’s unedited output; only their display has been formatted. Playback speed is fixed for easy reading and does not show real processing time. The sample visits are in Turkish.

Frequently asked questions

  1. What is AIDE?

    AIDE (Artificial Intelligence Documentation Engine) is the AI solution Neurolis built for clinical documentation. It listens to the physician–patient conversation and prepares a structured clinical note with fields such as complaint, history (anamnesis), medications and treatment plan, so the physician can attend to the patient throughout the consultation.

  2. Where is the data processed?

    AIDE can run on a server inside your hospital. Neurolis provides the server. In this set-up, the data stays at your hospital. We also offer a monthly cloud option with no commitment. No patient data is stored in the cloud. Together we decide which set-up suits your hospital.

  3. Are recordings stored?

    No. In real clinical use, no audio, transcript or patient data is stored. The audio is processed in memory and deleted after the note reaches the physician.

  4. How do physicians use AIDE?

    AIDE is web-based; physicians use it during the consultation on their own phones and computers.

  5. Can AIDE work across different specialties at the same time?

    Yes. AIDE can serve your physicians in all specialties at the same time. This holds in both set-ups.

  6. Does AIDE work with our hospital information system (HIS)?

    Integration with hospital information systems is coming soon. For now, the note goes directly to the physician.

  7. Which languages does AIDE support?

    AIDE supports Turkish and English.

  8. Can practices and clinics use AIDE?

    Yes. Practices and clinics can use AIDE through our cloud option. It is monthly and needs no commitment. No server is installed in this set-up.

  9. How can we learn your prices?

    We don’t publish our prices on the site. Once we have decided together which set-up suits your hospital, we make you an offer.

  10. Does Neurolis work only in healthcare?

    No, we are not limited to healthcare. Our first product, AIDE, is for healthcare. Whatever your organisation needs, we build the AI solution for it.
